This cherished tradition kicks off the holiday season on the third Saturday of November, transforming downtown Baraboo into a twinkling wonderland. Witness dazzling floats decked out in festive lights, spreading cheer and holiday spirit.
The grand finale arrives with a jolly guest! Santa Claus himself makes a special appearance, riding in a magnificent historic circus wagon. With the help of the Baraboo Fire Department, Santa soars high above the crowd to illuminate the Downtown Baraboo Community Christmas Tree atop the Al. Ringling Theatre.
Make it a merry night in Baraboo! Arrive early to snag a spot along the parade route and soak in the festive atmosphere. Downtown shops will be open for some pre-holiday shopping, and local restaurants will be serving up delicious meals. You can even grab a cup of hot cocoa or a tasty snack from community groups selling treats on Oak Street.
